Hello Joanne
I have been spent a lot of time thinking about all of the fun we have had together before (BK) kids and after. I am so glad that we got connected when you and Mikey moved back to Georgetown after University. Here are some of the things that have been running through my head: (MAY NEED EDITING JOANNE….. “book editor”)
- Our first dinner together, food was great, too much fun; you and Mikey needed a sleepover, contact lens issues!!!!
- Camping, “I have to sleep in a tent??” BUGS!!!!!!!! Soap on the cutlery???
- Football / tailgate parties to Buffalo (please tell Mikey he needs to wear more than just his long underwear in public).
- You getting up in the middle of the night when Cody was 3 days old as the guys had a fishing trip planned, you knew that I needed some sleep (I have not let Curtis forget this!!)
- Having babies together, couldn’t keep up to you.
- Singing our famous Barney song at Andrew and Dina’s wedding as we couldn’t think of an adult song that had the word LOVE in it.
- Baseball tournaments in Perry Sound….way too much fun!! Tony’s crazy adventures.
- Our yearly trip to the drive-in with the families.
- LOTS and LOTS of hockey………………
- Our BIG 60K walk two years ago, what an accomplishment / experience we had with the film crew following our every step and some crazy fun raising experiences.
- Some fun at the cottage in Apsley, yes the fruit and veggie Nazi was there!!
- Parties at our house, you and Mikey were always the first to arrive for the fun.
- ETC., ETC., ETC.!!!!!!!!!
We have been friends for a very long time; we love you very much and have been thinking about you a lot. We both feel very lucky to have a friend like you. Joanne you always make me laugh, I especially love your giggle, and you have a very great sense of humor. Keep up your feisty spirit. Remember we promised my Mom a trip to Stratford to see a play.
You have an amazing family and group of friends that love you so very much.
I will be by to have a snack with you.
Lots of Love,
Sharon,Curtis, Cody and Brett

We haven't yet worked out the logistics of posting a schedule here.
Please go to Joanne's hospital room, quietly indicate your presence
and then go back and wait for someone to come and call you.
(in the lounge or patio that is just past the nurse's station)
Thanks for your cooperation,
Mike

Hi,
This is Marcy, a cousin of Joanne's from Elmira. I just wanted to submit this photo of Jo dancing at her 40th Birthday party. That was a great evening and I am glad we could share in her joy.
Take Care,
Marcy
